Bubble Rush

Run the pondweed practical. Pondweed gives off oxygen when it photosynthesises, and you can see it as bubbles coming out of the cut stem. Move the lamp, then count every bubble in one minute by tapping as each one breaks free. Your counts go on a graph, so you can see how light intensity changes the rate of photosynthesis, and find out what limits it.

HOW TO PLAY
  1. Drag the lamp to the distance shown.
  2. Count: press SPACE or tap the screen each time a bubble breaks free from the cut stem. Tap as the ring closes.
